This trip will be in the three main areas of Tarn basin: Tarn valley, Pays de Roquefort and part of the Gorges and Causses, the canyons of the limestone plateau, most of all in Aveyron department.

Embark on a challenging yet rewarding cycling adventure through the stunning Cevennes mountains and the dramatic Grands Causses region. Starting and ending near Millau, this tour is designed for trained cyclists seeking both breathtaking scenery and a physical challenge.

Route Highlights:

Daily Distances: 60 to 100 km, featuring climbs of up to 400 meters in elevation (gradients of 7–9%) and ascents of 4–7 km.
Scenery: Traverse the spectacular Gorges du Tarn and explore the rugged beauty of the Grands Causses.
Optional Challenge: Conquer the Mont Aigoual (1,597 m) or descend into the awe-inspiring Cirque de Navacelles—though be prepared for a demanding climb back up!

Millau Area: Stay in the elegant **** Château de Creissels.
Gorges du Tarn: Enjoy a night at the historic **** Château de la Caze.
Cevennes: Relax at the luxurious ***** Château de Madières**, located just 20 km from Ganges.
